4 Days Masai Mara Safari from Nairobi Itinerary

Day 1: Nairobi to Masai Mara & Afternoon Game Drive.

You will be picked up from your hotel in Nairobi and begin your journey to Masai Mara with a stopover at the Great Rift Valley which spans from the North to Southern Kanya. You will take in the magnificent views and take some photos.

If you suppose, you will be able to visit the curio shops here and buy some souvenir.

4 Days Masai Mara Safari From Nairobi

Proceed with the drive to Masai Mara arriving in good time for lunch and head out for the afternoon game drive with chances of encountering the giraffes, Zebras, Gazelles, buffalos and elephants among others.

Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Masai Mara Full Day

Early breakfast followed by a full day of game drive within the reserve.
Masai Mara is renowned for its high animal concentration and abundance. Black-manned lions, elephants and buffalo can be seen (3 out of the big 5) though luck is essential for spotting leopard and rhino, which make the other two.

The reserve is essentially the northern extension of Tanzania’s Serengeti National Park and is home to numerous plains game including wildebeest, common zebra and the Masai giraffe as well as antelopes like Thompson’s gazelle, hartebeest, impala and dik dik among others.

You will have a break for your picnic lunch at the hippo pool where hippos are in view and with luck, crocodiles. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Masai Mara Full Day & Masai Village Tour

The most spectacular event of the natural world takes place here; The annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti (Tanzania) in search of water and pasture while being followed on their heels by the predators of the savanna; lion, cheetah, wild dog, jackal, hyena and vulture.

It hosts over 450 species of animals which include lions, rhinos, hippos, crocodiles, giraffe, wildebeests, zebras, buffalo, warthogs, hyenas, jackals, wild dogs, buffalo, leopard, many kinds of antelopes and elephants. Dinner and overnight at Enchoro Wildlife Camp as above.

Day 4: Transfer to Nairobi and Departure

After breakfast, depart Masai Mara and embark on your journey to Nairobi with lunch en-route, arriving late afternoon. Drop off at your hotel in Nairobi or the airport for your onward flight.
